Warm weather to start the week as melted down some of the snow but folks still out on the trails skiing. Skiing bit soft and slow in the afternoons during the warmest part of the day but still plenty of snow to make for a nice outing in the woods. Very good spring skiing conditions. A great time of the year to be in the forest. The woods are alive with the sounds of spring and the smells of the trees beginning to “open” up from the cold winter. Looks like slightly cooler weather on Friday which will make for faster skiing but warming up again over the weekend to provide nice spring skiing again. We will groom select trails when the timing is right. Still great skiing on most trails with proper timing and good attitude!
Total snowfall this season has been 80″. The trails are open for day skiing and the current fee is $15 to use the trails for the day. We will be closing for the season on March 21st but grooming select trails until the snow is completely gone. Trails will be open at no charge with no services available.
