The December 15th update features highlights from a visit to the Concordia Language Villages main site in Bemidji, MN, early season Nordic ski meet and pure maple syrup!

Great day for the “Organic Open” ski meet. Teams from Little Falls, Brainerd and host Moorhead competed on both skate and classic courses. Snow to start, sunshine to end with temps climbing to the teens from single digits made for a magical day. Nice job to all the skiers.

Great seeing everyone out this past Thanksgiving weekend. Trails remain open..dusting of new snow overnight improving the conditions. Full trail report on the trail report page.

Starting this weekend, November 26th, we will have the Brant cabin for a warming area for day us. There are bathrooms, a living area with table to have snacks and the bedroom on the main level can be used for changing in addition to the bathrooms. Limited parking across from the Brant is available with immediate trail access. There is also parking in the first parking lot with porta potties.

This past week we also started going through the remains of the fire that destroyed the main lodge on October 10th, 2022. We hope to have the site cleared by the New Year. Full update on the News page.
