“Smorg” is a long time tradition of Maplelag featuring the Norwegian wedding cake kransekake, home made bread and muffins, fresh fruits, imported block cheeses and other Scandinavian traditional favorites. Served every Sunday during the winter season.

All meals are home cooked, prepared from scratch. We use only fresh and as many local ingredients as possible, and serve the meals family style. Maplelag makes it’s own bread from scratch which is for sale on select days. All our butter comes from Hope Creamery and the honey is locally harvested.
