"Smorg" is a signature meal at Maplelag featuring a variety of home made breads, imported block cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, picked herring, sardines, muffins, fruit suppe, and the Norwegian wedding cake "kransekake" at the end, to name a few. Served most Sundays in the fall and winter .
